Roger Singer is a partner and the head of the New York Private Funds Group. He advises on a wide range of real estate private equity fund formation transactions and provides operational advice to a variety of real estate private equity fund sponsors. He also routinely represents limited partners in their private equity investments, including co-investment transactions. His work typically involves cross-border fund formation and capital raising.  Many of his transactions are with first time sponsors.
