Thomas McGlynn is a Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking at B. Riley FBR, a full-service middle market investment bank providing capital markets and advisory services to corporate and institutional clients, and a subsidiary of B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY).

Mr. McGlynn joined B. Riley FBR in 2016 and is responsible for executing and structuring a broad spectrum of transactions and engagements, advising corporate boards and c-suite executives on various public and private financings and complex corporate strategy assignments.

Prior to joining B. Riley FBR, he was a Vice President in the Private Capital Markets group at Macquarie Capital, where he was involved in the origination, structuring, and syndication of debt and equity private placement transactions for corporate clients, including pre-IPO growth capital, PIPEs, project equity, mezzanine debt, and private debt.

Prior to Macquarie Capital, Mr. McGlynn was an associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank, where he worked on over 20 transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A, private placements, high yield debt financings, and IPOs.

Mr. McGlynn began his career at Deloitte as an analyst in the Securitization practice, where he evaluated more than $50 billion real estate structured finance transactions, including CMBS and collateralized debt obligations (CDO).

Mr. McGlynn holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
